Workshop Manager

Job Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for the overall production planning and execution of the workshop, ensuring timely order delivery;

2. Coordinate the work of various shifts, optimize production processes, and improve efficiency;

3. Manage workshop personnel, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluation;

4. Supervise safe production practices and handle emergencies;

5. Cooperate with quality engineers for quality control and improvement

Job Requirements:

1. Prior experience in production management or industrial engineering is preferred;

2. At least 3 years of experience in workshop management within the manufacturing industry, with preference given to candidates familiar with small appliance assembly processes and those with experience in medical industry workshop management;

3. Excellent organizational, coordination, communication and problem-solving skills;

4. Familiarity with ERP systems or production management software is preferred;

5. Strong sense of responsibility and able to work overtime or shift work.
