Job Description

Your Team Responsibilities

  • Design and Implementation: Manage the design and installation of workplace solutions such as office (O365), Remote connectivity, VPN, Autopilot system Build, meeting room Setup, and smart office technologies, Teams/Zoom, Intune and modern desktop management
  • Technical Expertise: Act as a subject matter expert for workplace technologies, including Azure portal, Intune, & Windows 11 platform
  • Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams and external vendors to build / run office Infra with custom integration solutions and ensure consistency across all office locations.
  • Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve issues within SLA and coordinate solutions with relevant departments and vendors.
  • Innovation: Research and implement new products and enhancements to improve workplace efficiency and user experience.
  • Support: Provide technical support to end-users and assist with the deployment of large-scale software or hardware solutions. Also required to work with users when on site, and to also support them remotely when they are working from home

  • Support: Provide technical support to end-users and assist with the deployment of large-scale software or hardware solutions. Also required to work with users when on site, and to also support them remotely when they are working from home
  • Access provision, troubleshooting and resolving daily issues reported by users.
  • Provide Level 2 technical support for Windows platform.
  • Provide technical support for applications on Windows and Linux based systems.
  • Provide technical support for Network and phone.
  • Coordinate with infrastructure, Application management and other global teams for issues which require escalation.
  • Should have exposure handling escalations and complex issues.

Your skills and experience that will help you excel

  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in process design, knowledge of ServiceNow and experience with A/V technologies.
  • Have at least 7-8 years relevant experience in IT.
  • Preferable ITIL certified.
  • Good knowledge of Incident and Problem Management.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to develop and maintain system configurations.
  • Communication: Excellent communication skills to liaise with various stakeholders and provide user support.
  • Project Management: Ability to take part in various projects and coordinate deployments across multiple locations.
  • Self-Motivated: Highly organized and customer-service oriented.
  • Innovative: Technical creativity to identify and implement new solutions.
  • Team Player: Ability to influence and work effectively with team members.
  • Qualification: A degree relevant to the position itself, ideally: Computer Science, a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Certification: Microsoft or Industry certification and financial industry experience a plus
