Key Responsibilities

• Review space layouts prepared by consultants for appropriateness as per Clients requirements & aligned with functionality & operational workflows
• Develop customized space programs post understanding Client's requirements
• Support senior team in presenting and justifying space programme/layouts/design to management
• Coordinate with consultants to maintain functional correctness

Prerequisites

• This is a client-facing role requiring regular interaction and coordination with stakeholders
• Willingness to work from the clients location
• Comfortable working with tight timelines and quick turnarounds

Core Skills

• Workplace Space optimization and layout planning skills
• Understanding of operational adjacencies and circulation
• Basic knowledge of corporate, FM, or food-service environments
• Clear communication and stakeholder coordination ability
