J OB TITLE: Workplace Service Manager
AREA/DEPARTMENT: Housekeeping, Hospitality, Workspace
REPORTS TO: Location Lead
POSITIONS SUPERVISED: IFMS site lead for EBC, guest house, housekeeping, workspace, café, hospitality, landscape
Roles & Responsibilities:
Housekeeping Responsibilities (Governance of FM operations)
Ensure maintenance of rooms of guest house, meeting spaces and corridors by adherence of the following:
- Daily, weekly, monthly, annual cleaning schedule preparation
- Room & washroom supplies for guest house: turnaround, cleanliness, hygiene & safety procedures
- Room & washroom supplies for guest house: selection, order, maintain availability (includes hangers, bed linen, bath linen, stationary, crockery, cutlery, glassware, water & tea coffee supplies) of amenities
- Guest house room : TV, connectivity (telephone, wifi, LAN) in working condition
- Spring cleaning of upholstery, curtains, carpets, rugs etc.
- Common area toilet supplies cleanliness, hygiene & safety procedures
- Common area toilet supplies : selection, order, maintain availability & replenishment
- Checklist & control register procedure for monitoring
- Lighting level monitoring
- Rounds, inspections & audits for maintenance of standards.
- Hygiene and Cleanliness in Guest House
Ensure proper upkeep and maintenance of the ODC & public area and premises by adherence of the following :
- Area snagging, reporting & follow-up for rectification of snag points
- Wall & ceiling painting
- Illuminated spaces (both indoor & outdoor) through functional & appropriate lights
- Cleaning of ODC, washroom, pantry, corridors, collaborative areas, lift lobbies, glass cleaning schedule is properly planned & followed. Target d-sat as follows:
- Employee Feedback- ODCs negative feedback <=10%
- Employee Feedback- Restrooms negative feedback <=10%
- Employee Feedback- meeting rooms negative feedback <=7%
- Employee Feedback- public areas: max 2 incident /month
- Building facade cleaning
- Wall & Floor treatment: stone, carpet, upholstery etc
Ensure smooth functioning of Laundry & Linen room operations
Track expenses & provide inputs for budgeting on the following:
Capital Budget
Cleaning supplies budget
Guest supplies budget
Linen budget
House stationery budget
Consumable housekeeping items budget
Chinaware, cutlery, holloware and glassware budget for café & customer care
Flower budget
Horticulture budget.
Laundry expenditure budget
Workspace Management (Governance)
- Maintain work space related data and reports in Spazio
- Align with businesses and provide support for allotment and removal of space related requirements
- Coordination with the BRE and site leadership team for transitions as applicable from time to time
Qualifications:
Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum experience with 8+ years in similar role
- Location - Noida
- 5-6 years hotel experience in Housekeeping Front office or F&B Service department at a minimum level of Manager
- 5-6 years of Facility Operations in a managerial role handling hospitality or housekeeping operations
