- Lead the team to aggregate data from various tools in Workplace to create management and operational views needed for fact-based analysis and decision support.
- Conceptualize, develop, test and implement analytics solutions, providing actionable insights from business data.
- Integrate the outcomes from various analytics techniques to provide insights beyond the obvious, which helps create value for Accenture and its clients.
- Develop and communicate insights generated from the analysis in a clear and concise manner.
- Leverage a combination of multiple approaches for project execution, including internal assets, third-party and open source solutions to create unique methods of delivery.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, subject matter experts, client teams and other functional teams globally to understand business problems and conceptualize, design and execute solutions using various data sources and advanced analytics approach.
- Create analytical models and scorecards to help leadership better understand the underlying trends and key drivers of our business and support stakeholders initiatives.
- Ensures accuracy and availability of data and reports and presents in data storytelling manner to help leadership arrive to data-based decisions.
- Support business process delivery and multiple initiatives by working closely with partners around the world and team members to manage and industrialize solutions for global and MUs workplace.
- Lead the team to drive continuous improvement through innovations; optimize value impact as part of Workplace overall commitment to Accenture;
- Supervise the team, balance the supporting priorities for workplace process delivery and data analytics; managing initiatives through effective planning, organizing, collaborating, and coaching.

Skills and Experience:
- Proven background and experience in more than one of the following Multivariate Statistics, Non-parametric methods, Time Series Modeling, ANOVA, Factor, Cluster Analysis Delivery Excellence etc.
- Advance data and reporting skills using tools like Excel, Access, SQL, PowerBI, Sharepoint, PowerApp, Qliksense and Qlikvue
- Proficient in delivery excellence and drive continuous improvement.
- Proficient verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Problem solving and root cause analysis
- Ability to work with diverse teams and stakeholders globally.
- Ability to understand complex real world business problems, often in ambiguous scenario, and transform into workable solutions.
