Summary: As a Workplace Management & Solutions Practitioner, you will be responsible for providing expertise and/or general administrative space and service support for Accenture people and businesses globally. Your typical day will involve managing Microsoft Windows desktops and ensuring smooth functioning of workplace facilities. Roles & Responsibilities: - Manage Microsoft Windows desktops and ensure smooth functioning of workplace facilities. - Provide technical support for Microsoft Windows desktops and related software applications. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely resolution of workplace facility issues. - Maintain accurate records of workplace facility issues and resolutions. - Ensure compliance with workplace facility management policies and procedures. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Windows Desktop Management. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Microsoft 365, Microsoft Sharepoint Administration, and Microsoft Teams Infrastructure. - Strong understanding of workplace facility management policies and procedures. - Experience in providing technical support for Microsoft Windows desktops and related software applications. - Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in Microsoft Windows Desktop Management. - The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering impactful workplace facility management solutions. - This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
