Role description

Collaborate directly with customers to understand business needs and translate them into technical and strategic solutions using Adobe Workfront and AEM
Lead endtoend implementations configurations and optimizations of Adobe platforms
Deliver consultative guidance demos and workshops that align digital capabilities with customer objectives
Develop workflows templates and integrations to improve marketing and operational efficiency
Act as the primary point of contact for clients ensuring alignment between business requirements and technology execution
Provide troubleshooting support and user training postdeployment
Maintain documentation best practices and governance models

Requirements:-

Minimum of 12 years of experience in digital marketing content management or IT consulting
Proven expertise in Adobe Workfront project planning resource management workflow automation
Strong experience with Adobe Experience Manager authoring publishing components templates and integrations
Ability to independently manage projects and client engagements from discovery to delivery
Strong analytical and problemsolving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
