Job Title: Workforce Planning & Rostering Support

Location: Bengaluru. KA

Employment Type: Fulltime, 24/7 operational environment

Objective: Support the Workforce Planning function by preparing, maintaining, and administering accurate workforce rosters. Ensure compliance with company policies, industrial agreements, and fatigue rules while providing timely roster support to operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daytoday roster changes (absences, swaps, demand variations).
• Maintain accurate roster data in workforce management systems.
• Support payroll, time & attendance, and reporting accuracy.
• Handle rosterrelated queries in a professional, serviceoriented manner.
• Ensure compliance with rostering rules, agreements, and policies.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of rostering processes.

Required Skills:

• Experience in workforce rostering within a 24/7 environment.
• Knowledge of WFM/rostering systems (e.g., Kronos, NICE, Genesys).
• Proficiency in MS Excel for data checks and reporting.
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and timeliness.
• Ability to manage multiple requests in a fastpaced setting.
• Clear communication and stakeholder management skills.
