Workforce Planning Analyst

Job Description:

- Responsible for planning and forecasting for all services across all locations with an independent view of the estate.

- Gather and store all necessary data required for successful planning.

- Share insights weekly on trends and variances.

- Participate in Monthly Business Reviews (MBR) to provide perspectives on performance and its impact from a planning standpoint.

- Collaborate with clients to optimize the estate for greater efficiency.

Key Performance Indicator (KPI):

- Agree on a forecast variance of no more than 10% month on month, with a goal to eventually achieve a variance of 5-6% after initial establishment.
