Workflow Automation Specialist

You will own the end-to-end design, implementation, and optimization of AI-powered automation systems that improve efficiency across marketing, operations, and internal workflows.

Working closely with founders and cross-functional teams, you will identify automation opportunities, build scalable AI solutions, and continuously refine them to deliver measurable productivity gains.

Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Partner with cross-functional leaders to map, analyze, and redesign current business processes with a focus on efficiency, scale, and customer impact
2. Gather and translate operational needs into structured workflow requirements, including business logic, data flows, and success criteria
3. Build, test, and deploy workflow automations using tools such as Zapier, N8N, CRM workflows, and AI-driven components
4. Establishing workflow QA processes, including UAT, performance testing, and monitoring, to ensure automations run reliably and securely
5. Using data and metrics to measure automation impact and continuously identify new opportunities for operational improvement
6. Maintain a repository of implemented
7. automations through detailed documentation of requirements, workflows, and solutions

Skills and qualifications:

1. 1+ year of hands-on experience building workflows in Zapier, N8N, Make.com, or similar platforms required
2. Advanced Excel and Google Sheets are a must.
3. Experience reviewing and documenting current business processes required
4. 3+ years of experience in an operations-focused role with frequent execution of analysis and use of data-driven insights that have led to improved processes
5. Extremely detail-oriented and have an analytical mindset with the ability to exercise discretion in the process of identifying and resolving problems/issues
6. Proficiency with automation tools and programming languages such as Python, Java, and SQL is a plus
7. Strong organizational and project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple concurrent builds
8. Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical workflows to non-technical stakeholders
9. Have a personal drive to work proactively and take ownership in all you do
