Workflow Automation Engineer (Make.com / n8n)

Role: Make.com / n8n Automation Specialist

Location: On-site in Rajkot (or willing to travel to Rajkot at least 3 days per week)

Role Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Automation Specialist with expertise in Make.com and/or n8n. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Rajkot. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining automation workflows that enhance operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement end-to-end automation workflows using Make.com and/or n8n
• Integrate third-party APIs and external services to support business processes
• Troubleshoot automation issues and provide timely resolutions
• Develop and execute test cases to ensure automation reliability
• Perform quality assurance checks to maintain high standards of delivery
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for automation and streamline workflows

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in process automation and workflow development
• Strong understanding of third-party API integrations and external services
• Proficient in troubleshooting and testing automation solutions
• Background in quality assurance practices
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a collaborative team environment
• Certifications in Make.com, n8n, or related automation tools are a plus

• Note: Candidates not based in Rajkot must be willing to travel to the Rajkot office at least 3 days a week.
