Role Summary

We are hiring a Workday Recruiting SME to manage and optimize the complete recruiting lifecycle within Workday. The role focuses on system configuration, recruiter enablement, and improving candidate experience across hiring workflows.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure and manage the Workday Recruiting module end-to-end
• Setup requisitions, interview workflows, offers, onboarding
• Optimize hiring processes and recruiter experience
• Build recruiting dashboards and reports
• Manage integrations with job boards/background checks
• Support enhancements and ongoing system improvements

Required Skills

• 58 years of Workday experience
• Strong Recruiting module configuration
• Candidate lifecycle workflows
• Offers, onboarding, and approvals setup
• Reporting & dashboards
• Stakeholder collaboration with TA/HR teams

Good to Have

• Workday Recruiting certification
