Must-Have:
Workday Technical
4 years of Workday implementation experience including Human Resources Management, Benefits, Payroll, Compensation Management, Recruiting
Experience in Implementation of Workday HCM, Payroll, Time Off / Time Tracking, Absence and Leave.
Expertise with Workday Report Writer (Calculated Fields, Advanced, Standard and Matrix Reports) and Public WWS.
Expertise with WD Tools RAAS, EIB, REST, Packaged Integrations (CCB, CCW, Job Profile, Locations, Organization), Payroll Integrations (3rd Party (PICOF and PECI), WD Payroll) & Studio.
Worked with Workday iLoad’s, Solutions and Object Transporter for data and configuration migrations.
Experience with Workday Business Processes and Security Configurations.
Experiencing with Workday Single Sign-on (SSO) and Troubleshooting.
Experience with data conversion, preparation, and reconciliation.
Hiring & Onboarding. Documents Management. Employee conflict resolution. Termination management.
Payroll inquiries support.
Benefits inquiries & Management.
