At least 2-3 hands on experience in Workday Configuration
Must be able to work as an Consultant and ability to analyze Pros and cons of different options in Workday implementation
Very good command over language

About the Role
We are seeking a Workday Specialist with strong expertise in Talent Pipeline, Worker Profile & Skills, and Talent Marketplace modules. The role involves configuring, optimizing, and supporting Workdays talent ecosystem to ensure effective workforce planning, career development, and internal mobility. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in Workday HCM, Talent & Performance, and Skills Cloud, with a focus on enabling business leaders to make data-driven talent decisions.
Key Responsibilities
- Talent Pipeline
- Configure and manage Workday Talent Pipeline to track candidate pools and succession planning.
- Partner with Talent Acquisition teams to ensure pipeline visibility for critical roles.
- Provide analytics on pipeline health, readiness, and diversity metrics.
- Worker Profile & Skills
- Maintain and enhance Worker Profiles, ensuring accurate capture of employee skills, certifications, and career preferences.
- Implement and manage Workday Skills Cloud to align workforce skills with organizational needs.
- Support HR and business leaders in identifying skill gaps and development opportunities.
- Ensure compliance and governance of worker data across domains.
- Talent Marketplace
- Configure and support Workday Talent Marketplace for internal mobility and gig opportunities.
- Enable employees to discover projects, roles, and career paths aligned with their skills and aspirations.
- Partner with HR and business stakeholders to promote adoption of Talent Marketplace.
- Provide reporting and insights on marketplace usage, engagement, and outcomes.
- General Workday Responsibilities
- Collaborate with HR, IT, and business teams to translate functional requirements into Workday configurations.
- Troubleshoot issues across Talent modules and provide timely resolution.
- Create documentation, training materials, and user guides for HR and business stakeholders.
- Support testing, UAT, and deployment of new Workday features/releases.
- Provide ongoing support and optimization of Workday Talent & Skills modules.
Required Skills
- Hands-on experience with Workday Talent Pipeline, Worker Profile, Skills Cloud, and Talent Marketplace.
- Strong knowledge of Workday HCM, Talent & Performance, and Security.
- Experience in configuring reports, dashboards, and analytics in Workday.
- Ability to translate HR functional requirements into Workday solutions.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
