Workday Talent Optimization Specialist

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Workday Consultant specializing in Talent Optimization with strong expertise in Performance Enablement, Career & Development Planning, and Learning Core. The ideal candidate will bring deep Workday configuration knowledge, consultative skills, and the ability to evaluate and recommend optimal solutions for complex implementations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support Workday Talent Optimization modules including Performance Enablement, Career Development Planning, and Learning Core.
• Configure Workday solutions with hands-on expertise, ensuring alignment with business needs.
• Partner with stakeholders to analyze requirements, design solutions, and evaluate the pros and cons of different implementation options.
• Provide consultative guidance to clients, ensuring best practices and scalable solutions.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless Workday experiences.

• Document processes, configurations, and recommendations with clarity and precision.
• Stay updated on Workday releases and enhancements to proactively advise clients.

Required Skills & Experience

• 812 years of overall Workday experience, with a strong focus on Talent Optimization.
• 23 years of hands-on experience in Workday configuration across relevant modules.
• Proven ability to work as a consultant, offering strategic insights and solution comparisons.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to weigh trade-offs and recommend optimal approaches.

Excellent command of language with strong communication, presentation, and documentation skills.

• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with diverse teams.
