Requirements:
Workday Talent & Performance Certification (Mandatory). Learning Certification is an advantage
4-8 years of experience implementing and maintaining Workday Talent & Performance systems
Strong expertise in Employee Review, Calibration, Goal Management, and Succession Planning
Experience managing Talent & Performance project timelines, risks, and dependencies
Ability to analyze, configure, test, and deploy Talent & Performance solutions in Workday
Strong collaboration, communication, and problem-solving skills
Experience developing change management, training, and communication strategies
Preferences:
Successful delivery of 2+ Talent implementations across at least two phases
Experience with HRIS and HCM implementation projects
Knowledge of Talent & Performance business processes and cross-functional HR integration
Familiarity with organizational structures and stakeholder engagement
