Role Overview
We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Workday Sales / Business Development Manager to accelerate revenue growth by selling Workday Implementation, Integration, Support, and Advisory services to enterprise clients across US and global markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities for Workday services
- Sell Workday HCM, Finance, Planning & Analytics solutions
- Identify, pursue, and close Implementation & AMS/Support deals
- Build and nurture client relationships across US/Global markets
- Collaborate with delivery and pre-sales teams to create winning proposals
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure
Required Skills & Experience
- 5+ years of IT Services / Workday Sales experience
- Strong understanding of the Workday ecosystem
- Experience selling to US/Global enterprise clients
- Excellent communication, presentation & negotiation skills
- Proven track record of revenue generation and quota achievement
