Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced consultant with strong expertise in Workday Projects (PSA) and HubSpot to support project operations, system configuration, and cross-platform integrations. The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders to optimize project tracking, resource management, and CRM workflows.
Key Responsibilities:
- Configure, support, and optimize the Workday Projects / PSA module, including project setup, billing, and financial tracking.
- Manage and enhance HubSpot CRM, including workflows, reporting, pipeline management, and automation.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable system solutions.
- Support integrations between Workday, HubSpot, and other enterprise systems.
- Monitor project performance, ensure data accuracy, and provide operational insights through dashboards and reports.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Hands-on experience with Workday Projects (functional or techno-functional).
- Strong working knowledge of HubSpot administration and configuration.
- Experience with system integrations, APIs, or middleware tools is preferred.
- Solid understanding of project lifecycle, resource planning, and financial processes.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in enterprise implementations or support environments.
- Exposure to reporting/analytics tools and process improvement initiatives.
Must-Have Skills
Workday, HubSpot CRM, Integrations between Workday, HubSpot, and other enterprise systems.
