Roles & Responsibilities

• Scope and document requirements, configure, load data and deploy PATT solutions to Workday.
• Collaborate closely with clients to understand their requirements, goals, and any gaps.
• Lead the planning, prioritization, design, development, and deployment of projects.
• Configure and smoke test Workday Payroll, Absence and Time Tracking modules.
• Provides findings, updates, options, risks, and impacts related to data conversion to clients.
• Utilize your business knowledge and expertise to identify opportunities for process improvement.
• Work with colleagues across various domains to deliver results and take ownership of both individual and team outcomes.
• Recognize and embody our purpose and values, applying them in your projects and client interactions.
• Foster relationships and communicate effectively to positively influence peers and stakeholders.

Qualifications & Experience

• Expertise in Workday Payroll required. Also, expertise needed in at least one of two modules: Time Tracking or Absence.
• 3-6 years of experience in PATT domain performing requirements gathering, fit gap analysis, design, test case creation within Workday.
• Strong in loading data through EIBs.
• Advanced or Expert proficiency in Reporting and Security in PATT domain.
• Excellent communication skills. Excellent writing skills for generating clear, concise release notes and documentation.
