Workday Learning Developer

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Workday Learning Specialist with a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining Workday Learning solutions, ensuring that our organization's learning management system (LMS) is fully optimized for training and development needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and administer the Workday Learning module, including configuration, user access, content management, and system upgrades.
• Collaborate with HR and other stakeholders to ensure training programs and resources are effectively delivered through the LMS.
• Conduct system testing, troubleshooting, and resolve any issues related to Workday Learning functionality.
• Develop and maintain training content, including courses, certifications, and compliance training within Workday.
• Provide support and training for end-users to ensure successful adoption of the system.
• Monitor and report on system usage and completion rates to identify areas for improvement.
• Partner with vendors and IT teams to ensure integration of Workday Learning with other systems.
• Stay up to date with new Workday features and functionality, and recommend improvements or updates to existing processes.
• Conduct periodic audits and ensure compliance with organizational and regulatory learning requirements.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience working with Workday Learning.
• Strong understanding of Workday Learning functionalities, modules, and best practices.
• Experience in configuring and managing Workday Learning content, including catalog, courses, and certifications.
• Familiarity with Workday integrations and system interfaces.
• Ability to design, implement, and deliver effective training programs and solutions.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and analytical skills.
• Workday certification in Learning or related field preferred.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
