Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities. - Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Workday Extend. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Workday integrations and reporting. - Strong understanding of application design principles and best practices. - Experience in configuring and customizing applications to meet business needs. - Familiarity with agile methodologies and project management tools. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Workday Extend. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
