Workday Integration Manager

We are seeking an experienced Workday Integration Developer with over 5 years of hands-on expertise in designing, developing, testing, and deploying end-to-end Workday integrations. The role involves working extensively with PECI, Core Connectors, EIBs, RaaS, Workday Studio, and Web Services (REST/SOAP), including XML/XSLT transformations, along with strong exposure to Workday reporting and security configuration. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams across HR, Payroll, Benefits, Identity platforms, Time & Attendance, Travel & Expense, Procurement, and other IT functions to gather requirements and deliver scalable, compliant integration solutions. Responsibilities include payroll integration implementations using PECI templates, impact analysis and regression testing during system upgrades, tenant management activities such as SSO setup, tenant refreshes, and certificate updates, and ensuring adherence to data privacy, SOX compliance, and audit standards. The role also requires maintaining comprehensive technical documentation, staying current with Workday releases, recommending enhancements, debugging complex integration issues, and leading junior developers and third-party teams within an Agile/Scrum environment to support high-performing, scalable integration ecosystems.
