Job Title: Workday Integration Engineer

Location: Pune

Shift: 2PM-11PM IST / 3PM-12AM IST

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Workday Integration Engineer to lead the implementation and post-implementation integration of Workday modules with multiple external and third-party systems. You will be involved in/lead designing, building, testing, and supporting integrations across key business functions. You will also play a critical role in testing future Workday releases, coordinating go-live activities, and providing ongoing production support to ensure seamless data flow and system stability.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement Workday integrations during implementation and postgolive phases.
• Build and maintain integrations using EIB, Core Connectors, Studio, REST/SOAP APIs, and WIF.
• Provide ongoing support for live integrations and participate in biannual Workday release activities.
• Troubleshoot integration issues, perform root cause analysis, and ensure timely resolution.
• Execute integration testing including unit, system, endtoend testing, and support UAT.
• Collaborate with stakeholders during deployment, stabilization, and golive activities while maintaining technical documentation.

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of handson experience in Workday implementation, including global rollouts, and integrations with valid Workday certification.
• Strong expertise in Workday integrations (EIB, Core Connectors, Studio) and REST/SOAP web services.
• Experience integrating Workday with thirdparty vendors and enterprise applications.
• Solid understanding of implementation, postgolive support, and release testing.
• Good knowledge of security, data privacy, compliance, and Agile/hybrid delivery models.
• Strong problemsolving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
