Workday Integration Consultant

Your Team Responsibilities

You will be part of the Workday Technology team, which is responsible for the implementation, development, maintenance, and support of various HR applications, with a primary focus on Workday. The team plays a critical role in enabling seamless data flow between Workday and internal/external systems, ensuring alignment with HR, Payroll, and Benefits requirements. In addition to supporting Workday’s core capabilities, the team leads innovation efforts through the design and delivery of Workday Extend applications that drive business transformation and process efficiency. While this role will initially focus on Workday integrations, there will be opportunities to gain hands-on experience across multiple Workday modules, supporting your professional growth and broader contribution to enterprise HR solutions.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the design, development, testing, and deployment of Workday integrations using tools such as EIB, Core Connectors, Studio, and PECI.

• Monitor and troubleshoot existing integrations, ensuring accurate and timely data flow between Workday and external systems.

• Collaborate with functional and technical teams to gather requirements and support integration-related activities for HR, Benefits, and Payroll processes.

• Document integration processes, configurations, and support procedures for reference and compliance.

• Participate in testing and implementation of updates, new integrations, and enhancements.

• Support ongoing Workday initiatives,

• Work closely with senior team members to grow knowledge of Workday Extend app development and system architecture.

Your skills and experience that will help you excel

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.

• 1–2 years of experience working with Workday or similar HRIS platforms (internship or project experience acceptable).

• Basic understanding of Workday integration tools such as EIB, Core Connectors, Studio, and Web Services.

• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with a keen attention to detail.

• Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate with both business and technical teams.

• Interest and willingness to learn additional Workday modules and tools, including Workday Extend.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
