Title: Workday Integration Consultant / Lead (Workday Studio)

Role Overview

As a Workday Integration Consultant, you will play a key role in delivering our Workday roadmap by designing, building, and supporting integrations across various HCM modules. Youll work closely with technical teams, business stakeholders, and third-party vendors to ensure seamless, secure, and efficient data flows.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and support end-to-end Workday integrations (EIB, Studio, Core Connectors, APIs) with internal and external systems

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design solutions, and deliver high-quality integrations

Ensure compliance with clients IT governance, audit, and data integrity standards.

Monitor and resolve complex integration incidents and service requests within SLA, providing clear communication.

Support Workday releases, regression testing, and change management initiatives.

Stay updated with Workday features and industry trends; proactively recommend improvements.

Prepare and maintain technical documentation and provide knowledge transfer to team members

Required Skills & Experience

5+ years of hands-on Workday integration experience (Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, CCW, PICOF/PECI, BIRT).

Strong understanding of HR processes, compliance, and data security.

Proficiency in XML, XSLT, SOAP, REST, and related web services.

Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools.

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Ability to work independently and collaborate across global time zones.

Nice to Have

Experience in global deployments and stakeholder management.

Experience with automating processes within Workday via boomerang integrations within Workday.

Deep understanding of functional modules in Workday. (Core HCM, Absence, Talent Acquisition, Performance & Talent Management, Compensation (Core & Advanced), Benefits, Journeys, Knowledge, and Case Management.)

Working Model

The role follows a hybrid working arrangement, designed to facilitate effective global collaboration. Team members are expected to work between 11:30 and 20:30 IST. There may also be occasions when extended working hours are necessary to accommodate cross-time-zone activities.

Additionally, there is an expectation to provide support during the 17:30 to 2:30 IST shift if all regular team members assigned to that shift are on leave.
