Workday HR Integration senior Consultant

Key Responsibilities

Integration Development & Modernization

• Explore and implement latest Workday integration technologies such as Workday Build, Orchestrate, Extend, Flowize, Pipe Dream, and related tools.
• Transform and modernize the existing integration stack (80+ interfaces), primarily built using Workday Studio.
• Develop, enhance, and deploy integrations across multiple HR modules and systems.

Project & Support Activities

• Work as part of an Agile team delivering:
• Endtoend project implementations
• Small enhancements
• Deployment activities
• L3 production support
• Collaborate closely with key users, HR business stakeholders, and global teams in an international environment.

Agile Collaboration

• Participate in Scrum ceremonies, sprint planning, and iterative delivery cycles.
• Contribute to continuous improvement and support collaborative team practices.

Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of HRIT experience, including 2+ years of handson Workday experience.
• Workday Integration Core knowledge is mandatory.
• Workday Studio certification is highly desirable.
• Strong understanding of Workday integration frameworks and best practices.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum) is a plus.
• Ability to work closely with functional and technical teams in a global environment.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
