Key Responsibilities
Integration Development & Modernization
- Explore and implement latest Workday integration technologies such as Workday Build, Orchestrate, Extend, Flowize, Pipe Dream, and related tools.
- Transform and modernize the existing integration stack (80+ interfaces), primarily built using Workday Studio.
- Develop, enhance, and deploy integrations across multiple HR modules and systems.
Project & Support Activities
- Work as part of an Agile team delivering:
- Endtoend project implementations
- Small enhancements
- Deployment activities
- L3 production support
- Collaborate closely with key users, HR business stakeholders, and global teams in an international environment.
Agile Collaboration
- Participate in Scrum ceremonies, sprint planning, and iterative delivery cycles.
- Contribute to continuous improvement and support collaborative team practices.
Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of HRIT experience, including 2+ years of handson Workday experience.
- Workday Integration Core knowledge is mandatory.
- Workday Studio certification is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of Workday integration frameworks and best practices.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum) is a plus.
- Ability to work closely with functional and technical teams in a global environment.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
