| · Configuration experience of at least 2-3 Workday functional areas (mandatory Comp/Adv.Comp , Benefits or Payroll) · Played Functional Consultant/Lead role on at least 2 end-to-end deployments for Workday HCM · Ability to configure and test functional changes to Workday modules . Configuration support for at least 2 clients handled on AMS model for Comp/Adv.Comp , Benefits,Absence Management or Payroll · Experience in Business Process setup · Good written & oral communication skills & strong team player |
