Job Description
Experience: 4 to 7 years
Location: Chennai, Bangalore, Noida, Pune
Key Responsibilities
Workday Configuration & Administration :
- Assist in the maintenance of Workday HCM modules, with a focus on Time Tracking
- Provide support for Business Process (BP) configurations to meet business requirements.
- Help ensure system optimization, troubleshooting, and continuous improvements
Report Writing & Data Analysis:
- Design and develop custom and ad-hoc reports in Workday, ensuring data accuracy and relevance.
- Analyze HR data and provide insights to support decision-making.
Workday Implementation & Enhancements :
- Support Workday enhancements and new feature releases , ensuring seamless deployment and adoption
- Collaborate with HR and IT teams to improve system functionality.
Stakeholder Management & Support:
- Act as a support resource for Workday HCM, providing guidance and support to HR teams.
- Partner with stakeholders across HR, Payroll, and IT to gather requirements and support system changes.
HR Operations & Compliance:
- Work closely with HR teams to ensure alignment between Workday configurations and HR policies/processes .
- Maintain compliance with internal policies and external regulatory requirements.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience working with Workday HCM .
- Expertise in Report Writing, Time Tracking, and BP Configurations .
- Strong understanding of HR operations and workflows.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal).
Preferred Qualifications
- Workday certifications in relevant modules.
- Experience working in a global or enterprise environment .
- Knowledge of other Workday modules (e.g., Time Tracking, Absence Management, Talent & Performance) is a plus.
- Understanding of working practices in EU markets would be advantageous, incorporating an understanding of work schedules, impact on payroll, and working with Works Councils
