Workday HCM Developer I - India

Job Description:

• The Workday Developer - 1 is responsible for development and implementation of Workday integrations, reports, business processes and related processes within the Workday Human Capital Management (HCM) and Financial Management (FM). The developer collaborates with HR Tech, Finance IS and Workday IT team members with integration development and issue resolution. 
• The developer should have 1 to 2 years technical and functional experience with Workday HCM or FM or a comparable ERP. 
• Partners with HR Tech and Finance IS to assist with Workday integration projects, including new modules and works with seniors on the team for implementations, system upgrades, enhancement packages, releases and process redesign. 
• Assists in the development of integrations between Workday and 3rd party systems using Workday Studio, Connectors and EIBs 
• Develops Simple, Advanced, Composite and Matrix reports to meet end-user requirements. Develops reports using BIRT 
• Possesses implementation knowledge of Workday Public Web services, APIs, Custom Objects and Custom APIs 
• Possesses experience in XSLT
• Assist in support Google Cloud Platform (GCP) initiatives
• Desires an understanding of the various HCM and FM Modules, and the data flow between these modules 
• Works closely with team members to Prioritize Workday Application security and safeguarding highly confidential/sensitive data above everything else, while incorporating this mindset into every step of the SDLC. Always operates with a least-privileged access approach when it comes to securing applications and data. Is well versed in configuring integration security policies 
• Works closely with team members to provide daily support Workday and other 3rd party applications. Ensures solutions and support are delivered in an efficient manner. 

Qualifications:

• B.E degree required; Computer Science or MIS Major is required.
• 1 to 2 years of technical and functional experience in a Workday Integration Developer function or comparable role.
• Experience with Workday HCM or FM (or comparable ERP) is a plus 
• Good to have Experience with developing Studio integrations.
• Complex and BIRT reporting experience is a plus.
• Google Cloud Platform (GCP) experience is a plus.
• Knowledge of Business Process Configuration, condition rules, notifications and security policies is a plus.
• Strong communications skills, written and verbal.
• Flexible, with the ability to work on multiple projects and prioritize tasks as necessary.
• Strong organization, customer service and time management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic team environment.
