Job Description
Role: Workday HCM Consultant
Level: Senior Associate
Job location: Chennai, Bangalore, Pune, Noida
Fulltime
Requirements:
- Expertise in Workday HCM , including Core HCM, Compensation, and Advanced Compensation.
- 5+ years of experience in Workday implementations with at least 3 end-to-end HCM deployments .
- Strong data migration skills to ensure accuracy when transferring from legacy systems.
- Hands-on experience in configuration, testing, and optimization of Workday solutions.
- Ability to lead workshops and training for clients on Workday functionalities.
Preferences:
- Workday Core HCM Certification (Compensation & Advanced Compensation certifications are a plus).
- Strong communication & collaboration skills , with experience managing multiple projects in fast-paced environments.
