Role Description
This is a contract Hybrid position for a Workday HCM Consultant. The consultant will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and maintaining Workday Human Capital Management (HCM) solutions. Day-to-day tasks include collaborating with clients to understand their business needs, providing expert consultation on HCM processes, and ensuring smooth integrations. The role requires monitoring system performance, delivering training, and providing ongoing technical support to meet client objectives.
Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience
- Strong experience in leading the design, development and implementation of Workday HCM(Technical/Functional)
- Good experience in Workday integration, Workday report development, testing and validation
- Leads and manages the functional process/ design, release management
- Strong hands-on experience in Workday technologies - Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB), Advanced Report Writer, Cloud Connect (PICOF, PECI, CCW, CCB),
- Business Process Framework, Configurable Security, Calculated Fields, Custom fields, XML/XSLT, Studio, BIRT Reporting & data analytics
- Knowledge and experience in Core HR,, Benefits and Absence management
