Must-Have**

Workday development experience in successful end-to-end implementations or support on Workday Configurations. This individual has the qualities to be part of a team of Configuration Consultants and collaborate with the team and the Lead. This person should be able to make configuration changes to the existing Workday system.

Configuration support for at least 3+ clients handled on AMS support / enhancements model for HCM Core

Workday Time + Absence + Reporting Hands on experience in Advance Reports and Security

Experience in Business Process setup

General knowledge of at least 2-3 Workday functional areas Good understanding of Workday Security

Ability to configure and test functional changes to Workday modules

Ability to gather & analyze requirements, collaborate with business, and configure new Workday features

Good written & oral communication skills & strong team player
