Position Overview:

We are seeking talented HCM consultants to join our team and drive the implementation of Workday solutions for our diverse clientele. In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deploy integrations that seamlessly connect Workday with various third-party systems, ensuring a smooth flow of data and optimising system performance. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities:

* Oversee the configuration, implementation, and ongoing optimization of Workday HCM modules, ensuring alignment with HR processes and organizational needs.
* Lead the design and maintenance of organizational structures, job profiles, and business processes within Workday HCM, ensuring data integrity and streamlined HR operations.
* Provide data-driven insights and reports on workforce trends, turnover, talent management, and performance, supporting strategic decision-making.
* Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, conduct system testing, and ensure seamless integration between Workday HCM and other HR modules.
* Support and train HR teams and other stakeholders on Workday HCM functionality, enhancing system utilization and user adoption across the organization.
* Manage Workday HCM-related projects, including system upgrades, new feature implementations, and process improvements, ensuring project success and timely delivery.

Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
* Minimum of 4 years of experience, with proficiency in Workday
* Solid understanding of Workday architecture, including business process framework and data model.
* Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues and implement effective solutions.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and clients.
* Workday HCM certification(s) preferred
