Workday Functional Consultant

Job Description:

• Requirement Gathering & Analysis: Work with HR and business teams to collect, document, and analyze Workday requirements.
• Workday Configuration Support: Assist in configuring Workday HCM modules, security roles, and business processes.
• Process Optimization: Identify areas for improvement and recommend Workday solutions to enhance efficiency.
• Testing & UAT Support: Develop test cases, conduct system testing, and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Reporting & Data Analysis: Generate reports and dashboards to provide insights on HR and business metrics.
• Change Management & Training: Support change management efforts by documenting processes and training end-users.
• Issue Resolution & Support: Troubleshoot system issues, coordinate fixes with IT teams, and manage Workday service requests.
