Job Title : Workday Extend Developer

Experience : 4 to 14 Years

Location : Hyderabad/Bengaluru/Kolkata/Chennai/Bhubaneshwar

Must Have Skills :

Workday development experience in successful end-to-end implementations or support on Workday Configurations. This individual has the qualities to be part of a team of Configuration Consultants and collaborate with the team and the Lead. This person should be able to make configuration changes to the existing Workday system.

• Configuration support for at least 3+ clients handled on AMS support / enhancements model for HCM Core
• Workday Workday Core HCM, Recruiting, Advance Compensation, Expense.
• Knowledge in Reports, Workday Docs, Smart Recruiters.
• Experience in Business Process setup
• General knowledge of at least 2-3 Workday functional areas
• Good understanding of Workday Security
• Ability to configure and test functional changes to Workday modules
• Ability to gather & analyze requirements, collaborate with business, and configure new Workday features
• Good written & oral communication skills & strong team player
