Job Description
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in technical, business, or financial discipline or relevant field of study or equivalent work experience
- Willingness and ability to travel on business need; work extended hours as necessary
- Workday Extend and Integration with good communication within the technical workstreams of 3 or more extend implementation experience.
- Minimum 3 years of consulting experience.
- HCM/FN integration exp is a preferred in addition to Extend skills
Preferences:
- Current Workday Extend and Integration certification
- Minimum 3 year of hands-on experience developing Workday extend applications, using at least 2-3 of the following technologies: PMD Scripting, Orchestration, Model Components, Web Services (REST and/or SOAP), XML, XSLT, Workday Studio, EIB, Workday Cloud Connect
- Strong understanding of model objects, model business processes, and other model components experience of creating solid data modelling.
- In-depts knowledge of utilizing WQL, GraphQL and RaaS into workday applications.
- Excellent communication skills, oral and written, and the interpersonal skills needed quickly to establish relationships of trust and collaboration
- Ability to train and participate in the professional development of Huron staff in both project-management and technical dimensions
- Strong analytical skills used to translate information and requirements into Design, Build and Technical documentation
- Desire and willingness to learn new tools, techniques, concepts, and methodologies
- Experience with software tools such as Notepad++, UltraEdit, Oxygen XML, AQT, Beyond Compare, ASAP Utilities, etc.
