Workday Expert

Responsibilities

• Configure and manage Workday modules including Security, Integrations, Absence, Recruiting, Talent and Compensation
• Design integration systems for smooth data flow and secure connectivity
• Optimize recruitment and compensation processes to align with business objectives
• Collaborate with diverse teams to gather requirements and provide efficient solutions

Qualifications:

• 4+ years of proven Workday experience in relevant modules
• Completed Workday training with PRO/Partner Certification
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work well both independently and in a team across global
