Job Description :

As a Senior Associate in Workday Data Quality Management, you will play a critical role in supporting the execution of data quality strategies within the Workday Human Capital Management (HCM) environment. You will work closely with consultants, technical teams, and business stakeholders to drive accuracy and integrity of HRMS data through data validation, process improvements, and compliance activities.

Qualifications & Skills

Experience: 5- 8 years in HRMS data quality management or related roles, preferably involving Workday implementations or large HR technology environments.

Workday Knowledge: Working familiarity with Workday HCM modules and experience with Workday data tools such as EIB.

Data Quality: Experience performing data validations, quality checks, and assisting with data governance frameworks.

Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to interact effectively with business, HR, and IT stakeholders.

Technical Aptitude: Ability to work with data validation tools and support automation efforts.

Education: Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business IT, Data Management, or related field is preferred. Certifications (Advantageous): Workday certification or data governance certifications.
