Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Workday Core HR Functional Consultant to lead and support the implementation, configuration, and optimization of Workday Core HCM. The role involves close collaboration with HR stakeholders to deliver scalable and compliant HR solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure and support Workday Core HCM modules including Worker Data, Staffing, Organizations, and Business Process Framework (BPF)
• Gather and analyze HR business requirements and translate them into functional Workday solutions
• Configure business processes, condition rules, validations, and notifications
• Design and maintain Workday security (domains, business process security policies, roles)
• Support end-to-end implementations, enhancements, and post-production issues
• Participate in testing cycles (Unit, Integration, UAT) and deployment activities
• Work closely with integration teams to support inbound and outbound integrations
• Prepare functional documentation and conduct user training sessions

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience with Workday Core HR / HCM
• Deep understanding of Business Process Framework (BPF)
• Experience in security configuration and role-based access
• Knowledge of organizational frameworks, staffing models, and worker lifecycle events
• Experience with data loads (EIB, iLoad, Mass Operations)
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
