Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Requirements Gathering & Design: Conduct workshops to analyze business requirements, advise on industry best practices, and design customized Workday solutions.
- Configuration & Prototyping: Configure Workday modules (e.g., HCM, Payroll, Financials) and build prototypes to demonstrate functionality.
- Integration Development: Develop and maintain integrations using Workday Studio, EIB (Enterprise Interface Builder), and Cloud Connect to ensure data flow between systems.
- Testing & Deployment: Execute test plans (UAT), validate data accuracy, and manage the deployment process.
- Support & Training: Provide post-go-live support, troubleshoot issues, and train end-users.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Workday Expertise: Deep knowledge of Workday HCM, Finance, or specific modules (Absence, Time Tracking, Talent, etc.).
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Workday integrations, ETL processes, and reporting tools.
- Consulting Skills: Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving abilities.
- Methodology: Familiarity with Workday Implementation Methodology and Agile practices (JIRA).
