Responsibilities
- Lead the implementation of Workday HCM solutions ensuring alignment with business objectives and requirements.
- Oversee the optimization of Payroll Compensation and Benefits modules to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address system enhancements and process improvements.
- Utilize Generative AI to develop innovative solutions that improve system functionalities and user experience.
- Ensure data integrity and security within the Workday Cloud HCM environment.
- Provide expert guidance on Workday Reporting & Analytics to support data-driven decision-making.
- Develop and maintain advanced Excel models to support financial analysis and reporting.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into effective Workday solutions.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure seamless operations.
- Conduct training sessions to enhance user proficiency in Workday tools and processes.
- Stay updated with the latest Workday features and industry trends to drive continuous improvement.
- Support the integration of Workday HCM with other enterprise systems to streamline operations.
- Foster a collaborative work environment to achieve project goals and enhance team productivity.
Qualifications
- Possess a minimum of 8 years of experience in Workday HCM with expertise in Payroll Compensation and Benefits.
- Demonstrate proficiency in Workday Cloud HCM Security and Generative AI.
- Have strong analytical skills and experience in Workday Reporting & Analytics.
- Exhibit advanced Excel skills for financial modeling and analysis.
- Experience in Asset & Wealth Management or Finance & Accounting is a plus.
- Proficient in English with excellent communication skills.
