JOB POSITION

Carelon Global Solutions India is seeking a highly creative and meticulous Associate Architect, who will be responsible for all requirement analysis for our leader communications.  The incumbent will report to Manager – Communications and must understand the design process, liaising with multiple stakeholders to understand the brief and deliver all in-house design requirements, apart from coordinating with external agencies to ensure brand guidelines are followed.

JOB RESPONSIBILITY

• Hands-on experience in EIB, Studio &  Core Connectors
• Should have the ability to lead the team and other stakeholders
• Need to enhance existing Workday integrations and develop new features
• Responsible to be knowledgeable and working on Workday Integration framework.
• Work hand in hand with HRIS for ongoing production support and enhancements.
• Knowledgeable about JIRA
• Complete tasks efficiently and in a timely manner, reporting progress to managers
• Continually seek ways to improve the process of delivering Workday solutions Qualifications
• Experience in Core HCM, Compensation, Benefits, Payroll, Time Tracking and Absence, Performance Management, and Recruiting.
• Hands-on in design, estimation and take end-to-end responsibility of delivery.

QUALIFICATION

• B. Tech /B.E. /MCA

EXPERIENCE

Minimum of 12+ years related experience; multi-dimensional platform experience; expert level experience with business and technical applications, or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background. Workday experience is must.

• Good Communication skills.
