Workato Developer

Responsibilities

• Understanding of triggers and actions
• Task consumption and performance optimisation techniques
• Experience with platform tools such as lookup tables, properties, CMD and message templates
• Working knowledge of data tables and file storage
• Use of formulas for data transformation and conditional logic
• Handling and processing of multiple data formats including XML, JSON, and CSV
• Implementation of error handling, retries, and logging mechanisms
• API platforms for building, securing, and managing APIs
• Strong understanding of HTTP concepts (methods, headers, status codes)
• Ability to write and understand basic SQL queries for data retrieval and manipulation
• Webhook knowledge for Real-time integrations
• Knowledge of event streams and asynchronous data processing
• Understanding of data retention policies and compliance considerations
• Experience in bulk record handling, batching, and high-volume data processing
• Knowledge of deploying recipes across different environment
• On prem groups and agents
• Role based access control in Workato

Qualifications

• 1 - 3 years of experience in Workato Automation Development.
• Certified on 3 Pro levels in Workato which is mandatory
• Should be a graduate with good communication and interpersonal skills
• Willing to work from Bangalore location.
