The Role:

• International Calling: Outbound and inbound coordination with clients in the US, Canada, and Singapore.
• Student Success: Help international families find the perfect tutoring fit.
• Clerical Tasks: Maintain digital records, schedule sessions, and manage basic data.

Mandatory Skills:

• Fluency in English: You must have excellent verbal and written English skills (Neutral accent preferred).
• Communication: Ability to handle international parents with professional etiquette.
• Self-Disciplined: Since you will be working from home 80% of the time, you must be highly organized and punctual.
• Tech Skills: Proficiency in Google Sheets, Excel, and basic CRM tools.
