Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and detailoriented Blogging Management Specialist to oversee the full lifecycle of blog contentfrom ideation and coordination to publishing and performance tracking The ideal candidate will have handson experience with WordPress platform for hosting writing and promoting blog content This role requires strong project management capabilities editorial expertise and a working knowledge of SEO content compliance and web analytics

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the endtoend blog publishing process including intake scheduling writingediting stakeholder reviews publishing and reporting
• Create update and promote content on WordPress platform
• Collaborate closely with content authors design teams legal compliance and product stakeholders to deliver timely accurate and highquality blog posts
• Use Generative AI tools eg ChatGPT Copilot Jasper to streamline content ideation and enhance content quality
• Perform keyword analysis SEO optimization metadata tagging and blog categorization for increased discoverability
• Conduct QA checks across devices and browsers to ensure responsive design and accessibility compliance
• Promote published content via email social media or digital campaigns to drive engagement
• Monitor and analyze blog performance using tools like Google Analytics Adobe Analytics and Power BI
• Maintain and update editorial calendars publishing workflows and documentation
