About the Company:

Homesly Group is a UK-based hospitality and property investment company operating hotels and serviced accommodation. We manage guest journeys end-to-end, including reservations, check-ins, in-stay support, issue resolution, and post-stay communication. Our India-based team provides operational support to UK properties, ensuring consistent service standards and smooth guest experiences.

We are looking for a WordPress Web Developer to take ownership of website updates and technical maintenance, reducing reliance on multiple freelancers and ensuring our hotel websites remain accurate, functional, and up to date.

Role Overview:

This role focuses on hands-on website management, not SEO strategy. You will be responsible for updating hotel information, publishing new content related to properties and services, handling technical updates, and fixing website issues as they arise. The role is suitable for someone who enjoys practical WordPress work and is comfortable supporting hospitality businesses with frequent content and technical changes.

Core Responsibilities:

Update hotel information on WordPress websites, including property descriptions, room details, amenities, policies, and location content

Publish and update content related to new hotels, services, offers, promotions, and operational announcements

Create and update pages for hotel listings, service offerings, and campaign specific content

Handle routine technical updates on WordPress, including plugins, themes, and basic configurations

Monitor websites for errors, broken pages, display issues, or functionality problems and resolve them promptly

Insert and manage tracking codes or pixels as instructed by the marketing or analytics team

Ensure website content is accurate, well-formatted, and consistent across pages

Coordinate with internal teams to implement requested website changes in a t imely manner

Maintain backups, basic security practices, and website stability

Support ad-hoc website tasks without relying on external freelancers

Skills & Competencies :

Strong hands-on experience with WordPress content and site management

Ability to manage frequent content updates accurately

Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and website structure

Problem-solving approach to identifying and fixing website issues

Comfortable working independently in a remote setup

Eligibility Criteria:

Minimum 2 years of experience working with WordPress websites

Prior experience updating business, hotel, or service-based websites

Familiarity with plugins, themes, and routine WordPress maintenance

Ability to handle both content updates and minor technical fixes

Reliable internet connection and availability for ongoing support
