Wordpress Fullstack Engineer

We're looking for an exceptional full-stack WordPress developer to build and scale high-performance, enterprise-grade WordPress solutions. You'll architect multi-tenant systems, payment infrastructure, custom publishing workflows, and scalable e-commerce platforms that handle massive traffic while maintaining sub-second response times.

What You'll Build

• Advanced E-commerce: WooCommerce platforms with multi-currency, 6+ payment gateways (Stripe, PayPal, Apple Pay, Klarna), and split payment architectures
• Multi-tenant SaaS: White-labeled WordPress systems serving 100+ clients from a single codebase with complete data isolation
• Custom Publishing Workflows: Role-based content approval systems with audit trails and automated publishing pipelines
• High-Performance Search: Elasticsearch-powered search with sub-800ms response times, instant filters, and 98%+ accuracy
• Scalable Infrastructure: Systems handling 50,000+ concurrent users with 99.99% uptime and auto-scaling capabilities

Must-Have Skills

• WordPress Core: Deep expertise in WP architecture, hooks/filters, custom post types, REST API, Gutenberg blocks
• PHP: Modern PHP 8+, OOP, namespacing, composer, PHPUnit testing
• React: Building custom Gutenberg blocks, admin dashboards, and interactive frontends
• Node.js: API integrations, webhooks, real-time processing, task automation
• Database: MySQL optimization, query performance, indexing, replication strategies
• Performance: Caching layers (Redis, Varnish), CDN configuration, Core Web Vitals optimization (LCP <2.5s)

Technical Requirements

• Build with WooCommerce, ACF Pro, and modern plugin architecture
• Implement payment integrations (Stripe Connect, PayPal APIs, subscription billing)
• Work with Elasticsearch/OpenSearch for advanced search functionality
• Deploy on scalable infrastructure with load balancing and auto-scaling
• Write automated tests (PHPUnit, Cypress) and maintain 85%+ coverage
• Master Git workflows, CI/CD pipelines, and zero-downtime deployments
