About the Role

We are looking for an experienced WordPress Developer who can build, maintain, and scale high-quality websites. This role is hands-on and collaborative, working closely with design, product, and marketing teams. You will also support collaboration with US stakeholders as needed.

What Youll Do

• Develop, customize, and maintain WordPress websites
• Build and manage custom themes, plugins, and CMS structures
• Ensure site performance, security, scalability, and reliability
• Implement responsive and SEO-friendly designs
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across environments
• Collaborate with design, marketing, and product teams for feature delivery
• Manage deployments, updates, backups, and ongoing site improvements
• Write and maintain clear technical documentation

Must-Have Skills

• 58 years of hands-on WordPress development experience
• Strong proficiency in PHP, MySQL, HTML, CSS, JavaScript
• Experience building custom themes and plugins
• Understanding of performance optimization and security best practices
• Strong ownership, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Comfortable working onsite in Hyderabad
• Comfortable collaborating and supporting US time zone collaboration when required

Good to Have

• Experience with SEO and performance optimization tools
• Familiarity with CRM or marketing integrations
• Experience working in SaaS or fast-paced environments
