Role & responsibilities

• Maintain and stabilize a WordPress site behind Cloudflare
• Debug and prevent errors , plugin conflicts, and performance issues
• Manage Cloudflare WAF, cache rules, and bot access (Googlebot, Bingbot, etc.)
• Ensure all deployments are SEO-safe (indexing, crawlability, status codes)
• Use staging environments and proper rollback processes
• Work closely with marketing and product teams (not in isolation)

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience handling WordPress and Cloudflare.
• Strong hands-on experience with WordPress core
• Real-world experience with Cloudflare
• Understanding of hosting/server basics (PHP limits, logs, CPU/RAM issues)
• Awareness of technical SEO fundamentals.
• Experience fixing indexing or crawl issues
• Someone who avoids quick fixes on production and values stability.
