About the Role

Satya Tech is seeking a motivated WordPress Developer Intern eager to gain hands-on experience in building, customizing, and maintaining high-performance websites. This Full Time (3 Month) or Part Time (6 Month) internship is ideal for recent graduates or entry-level developers who want to master the WordPress ecosystem and support business growth for international clients across the USA, Canada, New Zealand, Australia, and Europe .

Key Responsibilities

• Website Development: Assist in the development of responsive WordPress websites using page builders (Elementor, Astra/Divi) and Gutenberg.
• Customization: Help customize themes and plugins to meet specific marketing requirements.
• Maintenance: Support the team in updating WordPress core, themes, and plugins while ensuring site security and backups.
• Performance Optimization: Assist in improving website loading speeds and SEO-friendly structures.
• Troubleshooting: Identify and fix front-end bugs (HTML, CSS, JS) and back-end issues.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the design and digital marketing teams to integrate creative assets and tracking codes.
• Documentation: Maintain clear records of website changes and technical configurations.

Requirements

• Pursuing or recently completed a degree/diploma in Computer Science, IT, Web Development , or a related field.
• Basic understanding of PHP, HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript .
• Familiarity with the WordPress dashboard, themes, and popular plugins.
• Knowledge of responsive design principles (making sites look good on mobile and desktop).
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Willingness to work on-site (in Surat office) and engage in collaborative team projects.
• Eagerness to learn modern web standards and development workflows.
